Ukraine plans a counteroffensive

Fierce battles for Bakhmut (Artemivsk) allow the Armed Forces of Ukraine (APU) to gain time and prepare for their own counteroffensive. This was stated by the commander of the ground forces of Ukraine Alexander Syrsky.
